What You’ll Need:
-2 limes
-2-3 cloves of garlic
-2 Bird’s Eye Chilies
-2 or 2 1/2 tablespoons of granulated sugar (depending on how sweet you like the sauce to be)
-1/4 cup Vietnamese fish sauce
-1/4 cup water
Instructions:
- Juice the two limes and strain the pulp (if you’re not a fan of pulp)
- Chop the Bird’s Eye Chilies into thin slices and add to the lime juice
- Finely mince the garlic cloves and add to the chili and the lime juice mixture
- Add the water, sugar, and the fish sauce and stir until the sugar dissolves and everything is combined
- The sauce is ready to eat with any of your Vietnamese dishes!
