What’s in this smoothie?
Spinach is very rich in vitamins A, K, iron, and manganese. Adding spinach to your diet can help improve eye health and reduce blood pressure!
Mangoes are a great source of vitamins A and C. Mangoes are a great source of fiber and can help you maintain your cholesterol levels!
Pineapples are packed with antioxidants! Just like mangoes, pineapples are a great source of vitamin C, which helps keep your immune system healthy!
Bananas are a great way to add more fiber and antioxidants into your diet! They are rich in vitamin B6, potassium, and manganese. Additionally, bananas have a decent amount of magnesium which is needed for heart health alongside potassium.
Almond milk serves as a good source of calcium and vitamin D! It’s lower in calories and sugar than regular cow’s milk, and I prefer the taste of almond milk more than oat milk in my smoothies. I haven’t tried this recipe with other non-dairy milk alternatives, but feel free to experiment and let me know what you think!

You’ll Need:
-1 cup spinach
-1/2 cup frozen mangoes
-1/2 cup frozen pineapples
-1/2 frozen banana
-1 cup almond milk
Instructions:
-I use a Nutribullet to blend my smoothies because it’s so quick and easy, but a traditional blender works too!
-Just throw all the ingredients in and blend!
-You may need to stir the ingredients while blending to better incorporate everything and to make sure there are no chunks of fruit
